Villa Information

The Villa has pale blue arches - few like it on the estate

It has off road parking - but no stops at the end - so be careful!

Location of underbuild door -key is labelled & on Key fob with rest of keys. Sun Loungers, BBQ & inflatables are stored here. Light to underbuild is linked to rear outside light-both come on together!

Can get V. hot sunbathing up here-be careful! Also can get quite a breeze- It is not recommended for Sun shade

Local maps & some general information is kept in the middle draw of cupboard, please return after use.

Sky & DVD merge into 1 Scart socket. There will be interference if you try to have both switched on at the same time!

Sofa bed-drop down as double bed. Also single bed pull out beneath

Tiled floor can be slippery

after showering !!

Fridge may need to be plugged in see the switch ext socket RH side

Water heater needs to be plugged in and turned on! the arrangement

of the switches to the side of the sink are from L - R

The Nintendo 64 will also play on

the TV - but because of the slightly

different scan rates in Spain it will

not play the sound

Like in UK- if a bulb blows it may trip out the lights. The MCB to reset is on the wall to the RH side as you enter the villa

You will have 2 sets of keys for both front & rear doors - 1 is for door the other is for the Grills. They are all labelled. The window shutters have little sliding bolt locks which are located at the bottom of the shutters at either side when closed. These may be engaged when you first try to open the shutters.

                                                                 Unlock & slide them back first!
